Take 45 minutes for download to show up on website

    Hi, Your plugin it great however since yesterday when files are uploaded they do not show up on the webpage with shortcodes [shared_files limit=5] for 45 minutes. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thank you for your time

    I thought it was fixed and it is messing up again.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    This type of issue typically comes up when using a caching plugin or other kind of caching solution that is set up by your hosting provider.

    If you are using a WordPress plugin for page cache, clearing that usually updates the file list. When adding a new file or updating the files, the page cache might not clear automatically. Depending on the solution used for caching, it might be possible to update it’s settings so that the page cache would be automatically cleared when updating the files.

    Looking at your site, it appears that you are using Divi Cache. Clearing that should also update the file list.

    Hi, thank you for getting back to me so quickly. It was not your plugin. It was a caching problem in the cpanel and a file naming in a cach plugin. BTW: We love your plugin.
