Tags won’t fetch in the backend

    Hi @dilipmerani,

    I can’t repeat this on my end. Can you please provide the diagnostic information in the plugin settings in the IdeaPush Support tab. Are you using the free or pro version of the plugin? And how are you checking that the tags aren’t being created? Is the tag scope in the board settings set to board or global?

    We are using free version of plugin to check whether it fulfill our requirement.
    is “Tag Scope” and “Google Recaptcha” option available in only pro version?

    Sorry, the tag scope is a pro setting, and it’s actually unrelated, sorry about that. Bot protection is available for the free version.

    It looks like the problem is that you aren’t pressing enter or comma after you type the tag in the tag box.

    The tag should go green when entering it and after pressing comma or enter.
