Tags Still in Posts After Download/Activation, no Embed.

If I have the post’s content, I can attempt to reproduce the issue.

Nothing too fancy which is why I thought it was weird. Embeds do work fine from what I can tell if I do them manually (I have a couple new posts using them without issue) but any YouTube/Vimeo link still wrapped in those tags just simply don’t appear.

Aha, I know what’s wrong! It’s Jetpack’s fault.

Previously Jetpack would detect Viper’s Video Quicktags and abort registering its own [youtube] shortcodes and stuff but with this new plugin it doesn’t do that, so it tries to parse them and bails because it can’t handle it.

I’ll work with the Jetpack team to copy of that exception for this too but meanwhile disable the “Shortcode Embeds” module in Jetpack and it’ll work.

EDIT: Actually, it looks like I can tell Jetpack to not handle those shortcodes from within my plugin.

Update to v1.1.0 and it should work now. Thanks for helping me debug!
