Tags set after publish – compatibility with other plugins

Hi,
I’m using the WP to Twitter plugin to auto-tweet all my Links. However, I cannot get my Tags to show up in my tweets. It appears the issue is with the order of events in the Linkmarklet plugin, as described in this reply. Would you please take a look and either fix the issue or comment? Thank you!
