Tags of all taxonomies are showing in calendar

    Hi, I’m using WordPress 5.9, Polylang plug-in and MEC 6.2.9.

    I noticed that when I click on the tags section in M. E. Calendar in the backend menu, I get directed to: https://www.domain.xy/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=post_tag&post_type=mec-events

    On this page there are all the hashtags of the entire site, not only the ones I created in MEC. When I create a new tag in WordPress under the general WP tags section, it gets shown in this list too.

    On the frontend when I activate the tags search bar on the full calendar view (for example), the entire collection of tags shows up when 90% of them are not connected to any MEC event. This means when a user clicks on one of the terms, he/she gets shown 0 results.

    Can you confirm if this is a normal behaviour or is it related to a specification of my site like the Polylang plug-in or something else?
