tags not syncing

    On Leadin Settings page, Mailchimp is connected successfully.
    But on the Subscribers Tag page I have .vex-dialog-form checked off but I get a “It looks like your Mailchimp API key is invalid” error message.
    I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.
    I’ve cleared my browser cache.
    Nothing seems to change.
    Any ideas?

  • Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the issue.

    So that error usually means that your MailChimp API key wasn’t copied and pasted correctly into the Leadin settings.

    Do you mind logging back into your MailChimp account, navigating to Account -> Extras -> API keys and then recopying + pasting your key + saving the Leadin settings to make sure that’s not the problem? You’ll want to copy everything in the input box into the Leadin settings box fro the MailChimp integration.

    Let me know if that works and we’ll go from there.

    Hello Andy. Thanks. This worked. I was using the List ID rather than a Mailchimp API.
