    Hello,
    first all is working well, except synching from zoho to wpfusion on login.
    I checked “Login Tags Sync” and “Login Meta Sync”, but the tags are not pulled from Zoho CRM, so the restricted pages are not shown to the user.

    Any hints?

    PS: I do not push WP Username and WP Passwort to Zoho, if this is relevant?
    PS: I did a manual refresh, but no sync, either.

    I Think I got it, I did not check “Create new contacts in Zoho when users register in WordPress.”, because I create the user in wordpress via Amelia and in ZohoCRM via Zoho flow, to avoid duplicate entries.

    Just to make sure, is “create” in wp fusion the equivalent to “create/or update” contact in zoho? If yes, perhaps you should rename it. ??

    @priesterath Yes, that sounds about right.

    The “Create Contacts” setting is on by default, and it tells WP Fusion to watch for new user registrations and either create or update contact records in Zoho.

    When you turn that setting off it means that user registrations on the site are ignored.

    Even if your users are getting added to Zoho by Amelia, you still need Create Contacts on so that WP Fusion recognizes the new user registration. It won’t create a duplicate contact record… if a contact already exists with the same email it will just be updated ??
