Tags not showing up in blog post

I have an older blog and the ” This entry was posted in …” for tags does not show up on the bottom of the post. I have a new blog on a different website and it does show up. I looked through the control panel of both websites and I can not find a setting that I obviously messed up on my first website blog.

How do I make these tags show up ?
