    Hi,

Installed your plugin, and I can add the tags through the field under “Reading” page. But as soon as I save my changes to the “Reading” page, the tag disappears. It no longer shows up under the “Hidden Tags” section.

When I tag posts with the hidden tag, the tag still shows up in the list of tags on the site.

I am on WPEngine host. I have Object caching “on”.

Thanks for any help you can offer!

    Hi,

I am also naming my tags with @symbol to start, like this: @tag

    Is that a problem?

    Thanks.

Hi, Just checking in to see if you had any feedback on my issue?

Your plugin looks pretty powerful. Except I can only add one tag. when I try to add another, it never saves.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

One thing to keep in mind is that the plugin will only allow you to save tags that are already defined in the tag list,/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=post_tag –?You can enter a non-existent tag in the text field and it will appear below it in the list, of tags, but when you save the form, any non-existent tags will be removed.

This does reveal a problem with the UI, however – in that invalid tags should be called out in some way. I hope this answers your question.

I am having the same issue, when I add the tags i want hidden, they disappear from the settings page as soon as I hit “save” and it is not hiding the tags.

(in addition to that last post):
These are tags that are already defined in the tag list.

Hi Ben, Thanks for clarifying how it works. This answers my question. Appreciated!

    Hi Ben,

Same problem here as ‘me-me123’ describes… Defined tags are not hidden. Not in a post nor on a product page. Also tags are lost when ‘Reading’ section is saved.

WP 4.5.2, just installed your plugin (so latest version).
