Tags not appearing under posts

    I have installed 2.3 and converted categories to tags.

    The tag widget is working fine.

    But nothing appears under each post even though I’ve added the code:

    <?php the_tags(); ?>

    Can anyone help?

  • The Template Tag, the tags(), must be used in The Loop. Take a look at the use of that tag in the WordPress 1.6 Default theme (wp-content/themes/default/index.php).

    Thanks for replying so quickly.

    I thought I had the loop but on closer inspection I must have still had some very very old code which I have now replaced!

    All working great now.
