tags in mail message body

Is it possible for the descriptive name of a field to be automatically added in front of the code, or do I need to manually add them?

For example, this is what I’ve been adding:

street: [text-162]
apt: [text-232]
city: [text-265]
state: [menu-660]
zip code: [text-167]
land line: [tel-332]
mobile: [tel-438]

Would love to find a way to add street, apt, city, etc automatically
