Tags Disappear On Posts

  • Hi,

    Can anyone please help?

    My tags for a post appear, when I’ve put them on (a post), but if I come back to the post later they are not there.

    Any help appreciated.

    To rule out ant theme/plugin conflict try:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Thanks, tried this…..
    Would you believe…..tags only work with ‘ONLY’ Akismet anti Spam plugin….once I reactivate (one by one)
    hastagger, pdf embedder or Seriously Simple Podcasting ….will not work

    So……
    Akismet anti Spam + PDF Embedder = works
    Akismet anti Spam + Seriously Simple Podcasting = works
    Akismet anti Spam + Twitter = works
    Akisment anti Spam + PDF Embedder + Seriously Simple Podcasting + Twitter = works

    Akisment anti Spam + hastagger = does NOT work

    and….when you add all together + hastagger = does NOT work

    Can anyone please help?
