also – how do we pull comments/notes into highrise? Is it under the “add a note section” ?

Currently there aren’t any tags in the plugin. I have that on a list of possible additions to the plugin, but it’s a ways down the list.

How would you like the tags to work. Set tags per form sent to Highrise? or map specific fields to tags?

For notes, correct, there is a field ‘add a note’ that you can add. Again this will be the same for all entries since it’s applied to the whole form.

The ability to use a hidden field in Gravity forms that has set tags that can be sent to highrise would be ideal. As highrise is based on a tagging system to categorize all the clients into a range of groups is pretty important actually so I hope you can move it up the priority list some!

As for the notes thing – sorry I wasnt clear maybe. If someone fills in a form in a free text field called “comments” how do we pull that information into highrise against the client? Am I overlooking the mapping?

The ability to add a list of tags from a field sounds doable enough. I’ll get that on the roadmap. In the meantime, you can select which group an entry belongs to, and that should help you categorize your clients in Highrise.

For the note, there are no mapped fields to add notes, just the one that’s set from the form feed. I’ll get this added in a future version as well.

Just updated a new version with your change requests.

For the tags, I ended up using a blank field on the form feed that you can fill out with comma separated tags. This way works a bit easier than setting a hidden form field.

I have also added three mapped notes that are sent to Highrise. So, select which form field you’d like to map them to and you’re good to go.

I’ll mark this as resolved for now, but please let me know should something be out of place.

good man – will test it out and let you know.

that all seems to work perfectly. Will test further and see if I caome across anything crazy but all looks solid!
