tags & ratings

I just created and submitted my first plugin, lasTunes. when I click any of the tags, lasTunes does not show up on the tag page. however, if I then visit the “RSS link for this tag”, lasTunes is there (the first plugin shown in fact). is this a documented bug? or perhaps the tag page is cached? it was submitted and accepted yesterday afternoon.

also, when I attempt to rate any plugin I get the error “Your attempt to do this has failed.”
