Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? I just noticed that the Save changes button is in the last part of the page. Might you have missed it?

Thanks for response. I saved the setting but its still showing on the chrome ” Just Another WordPress Site”. My website name ” E-Ninja Formations “.

It seems that you need to wait for the search engine to update the indexation in order to replace the text with what you set in the admin.

I searched your situation in this forum and found these two questions.
