Tagline not updating

    Hi, I am trying to update the tagline in the header but it does not. Neither through Site identity no Dashboard/Settings. I delete cache with the Autoptimize plugin and purge cache with Cloudflare. No result. The Site Title has updated without any problem. What can be the reason? Yoast SEO plugin?

    Oleg Gordeev – is the tagline that I cannot remove or update.

    Hi Oleg,

    Please go to Appearance → Customize → Front Page – Banner section and change “Banner Text” option.

    Hi @oleggordeev and @jarektheme. I’m having the same trouble but I don’t see the option for ‘front page’ within customize. Is this an updated option with a newer version of divi?

    Our theme is not based on Divi framework, so you might actually be in a wrong support section.

    I am using WP, Elementor with Ocean. Tagline updates on backend but when I “share” site on Facebook, it shows old tagline??

    Im having the same issues, but Im using totaly different theme by qodu – bridge.

    My site is https://www.nu3o.com and even if I put the site identity and tagline to general information it does not appear.

    If I may again point out that this is the support thread for the free Vega theme made by Lyrathemes.
    Since you’re not using that theme there’s nothing we can do for you and moreover, you’re using a paid theme from ThemeForest so I have to point out that providing support for commercial products in www.remarpro.com is not allowed.
