Tagline not showing on mobile

    My tagline only displays on the Web, not on mobile. Is this a common problem (I am fairly new to WordPress)?

  • Hi – that is all down to the implementation of the template. Hueman is responsive, so in theory it would typically still show your tagline. This said, can you share a URL for your site and point out what you are referring to as the ‘tagline’ – so we can take a look and advise? Thanks.

    Our site is https://knowmark.ca

    The tagline (“Peterborough ? Canada”) shows up on the desktop and on our Nexus 9 tablet. But not on our mobiles (Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P).

    I can see that you had switched to using Twenty Sixteen default theme.
    Do you still require help in Hueman theme?

    There was a misunderstanding. Always been using Twenty Sixteen, not Hueman.
