Tagline Not showing

I have recently setup Customizr on https://llfloorco.com and I’m experiencing an issue. The tagline will not show on the website. I have it enabled in options and it does show in the customize preview. However, once the changes are published it does not show on the website. If i then renter the the theme customizer the tagline is also not showing in the preview, even though the options are still checked to enable it.
