    Hello,
    The tagline doesn’t appear below the name in the member directory dispite the checkbox is set in
    Afficher le slogan sous le nom de profil in the member directory options

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @rodattac

    Sorry to ask, but do you have an English version of your Member Directory settings?

    Also, do you have a caching plugin or server cache installed on your site/server? IF so, please try disabling it and see if the issue goes away?

    No the cache is purged but nothing changes.

    The fact is that I have 3 or 4 issue that display the tagline on all the members.
    But my profil doesn’t and several others either . I don’t know where that comme from

    Sorry for the late response.

    Does this issue occur with only UM as the active plugin? Have you made any customization with the UM hooks?
