Tagging with title without plugin

I want to make a php code that will make auto tags with title. For example my post title is “WordPress” and i want my tags as “WordPress learning, WordPress tutorials, WordPress tips, WordPress etc”

I will give the common words which will added to title and create a new tag. I know its really easy but i have lack of php xp in this case.
