Tagging Users in Global Chat

    When undertaking a group chat I seem to be able to tag in a user using @username: but they don’t receive any notification of the tag.

    Is there someway to notify them of the tag in either the free or pro version ?

    Hello,

    There is an option to turn on a sound notification for the tagged user. Please go to Wise Chat Settings page and Messages Posting tab. Then find “Mentioning Sound Notification” option and select the sound.
