Tagging Unsubscribed Users

  • Is there a way or condition to tag users who did not sign up for the newsletter? I need a way to identify them in Mailchimp. It’s hard because everyone is currently tagged as subscribed regardless if the checkbox was checked.

    How it works currently:
    Checkbox not checked: Users are tagged as subscribed.
    Checkbox is checked: Users are tagged as subscribed and added to mailing lists.

    What I need is:
    Checkbox not checked: Users are tagged as unsubscribed or a custom field is set.
