Tagging meeting room to the users

No, it is not possible this way. But, what you could do is to create a pages for that user, like putting there his profile, topic, description etc, and add a shortcode in it. Something like:

[bigbluebutton token=”a7ccc7f752f65″ submit”Meet me there!”].

The [token] can be taken from the list of meeting rooms created, when set the join button will link to the specific meeting. [submmit] will override the text in the join button.

Unfortunately there is no full documentation. You can see the screenshots and have a grap-hical idea and read the Changelog. That can give you a general idea on what features have been added over time.

Well most elearning sites use an LMS (like Moodle) not a CMS, you could start from there. The BBB integration for Moodle is also way better for education.
