    Yes, Tumblr Crosspostr supports cross-posting the tags on your WordPress posts to your Tumblr blog. This is described in both the description on the plugin page and is the very first answer in the Tumblr Crosspostr FAQ. You could read those to learn more.

    If you just want to tag multiple Tumblr posts, you could also just use Tumblr’s mass post editor.
