Tag/Category Page Title Issue Not Fixed Yet?

I thought the last update of plugin was supposed to fix the ‘no title’ or ‘ just the sitename’ on the tag/category pages? I still see only the sitename as tag page titles even though I have %%title%% – %%sitename%% set in the Settings.
Anyone still facing the issue? What’s the solution?
