    Thank you for contacting us, AMP plugin allows only 75kb of CSS per page, The AMP plugin does a CSS tree shaking to remove excessive CSS but in some situations where third party plugin or theme adds additional CSS.

    You can learn more about CSS tree shaking using our docs.

    if your site is exceeding the limit of 75kb you need to find the source of the Exceeding CSS.

    You can use the AMP developer tool to find the source. you can find the setting to enable the AMP developer tool by visiting AMP settings -> Other

    Visit page which exceeds CSS and check it in the validation tool, you will notice the Stylesheet panel, and you will find the plugin or theme which exceeds CSS with red.

    If your themes are exceeding CSS, Switch to Reader Mode with different themes such as Astra or Neve

    If your plugin is exceeding CSS, contact the plugin author or look for AMP compatible alternative in the ecosystem.

    I’m sorry, I’m not a tech guy, I’m not very familiar with custom coding, are there any additional plugins that can help with this?

    I use woocommerce on my web, and I need it to run a business. and I’m using generatepress template.

    AMP errors are getting more and more in Google Search Console

    I have followed the method above, here are the screenshots:

    it seems you are using Elementor builder which is might be causing the exceeding CSS issue.

    Elementor is not fully AMP compatible at this time. As a result, you may encounter some validation errors and some Elementor features which may not render as expected in their AMP versions due to AMP’s removal of Elementor’s custom JavaScript. You can follow this GitHub issue for future updates on Elementor compatibility.

    You can also try using the AMP Enhancer plugin, which adds a layer of AMP compatibility for Elementor and several other plugins.

    Yes we need a builder to design our website, this is only for the front page, but on Google Search Console the error appears for the article page too, why does that happen?

    Are there any recommended builder other than Elementor that is compatible with AMP?

    I will try the AMP Enhancer plugin, will it help to get rid of the error in Google Search Console?

    You can use Gutenberg or Classic editor to create pages, AMP enhancer can help you in fixing some incompatibilities but we recommend using Gutenberg.
