Tag plugin that adds contents to posts?? Anyone?

  • I′m a newbie to wordpress and are enjoying all the power it offers over other platforms

    My question is related to conditional tag content

    Question: Is there a plugin that can add conditional html content to posts based on tags used?

    For exampleif i use the tag USA – add content to a plugin like flag and demographic information. Then for every post tagged with USA the content from that custom tag filed is added to the bottom of the post!

    I realise I am probably opening myself for a onslaught of Newbies e abuse and that my grasp on WP is dodgy but we all have to start somewhere right?

    Yes I have searched for plugins but not found anything suitable – probably due to using the wrong search terminology
