Tag Manager Code Snippet inserted twice

Thanks for opening a support topic. From inspecting your site the snippet placement does seem unusual.

So we can investigate your current setup please share your Site Health information privately via this form. It may also be useful to know whether you encounter duplicate snippets if temporarily switching to AMP in transitional mode.

Settings shared.
Also inserted twice on the page https://www.pribrat.cz/?amp.
I did not test sites without AMP because I did not have a GTM container created.
