Tag management

Hi!

The new tagging function is great!

But I miss a management function for tags.
I would like to:
– list up all tags on one page
– tag to cat / cat to tag
– “hide” tags (if only rarely used)
– delete tags (global, including reference to post)

and maybe:
– set a minimum num of posts for a tag to show up in the tagcloud
– customized tagcoulds when viewing a category / archive
