Tag list in page

  • I am trying to insert a list of tags into an actual page (not sidebar etc and not on everypage) – I want users to be able to click on the tag to go to a list of posts with that tag. Preferably it would be a line of code to enter direct to the page bug finding nothing in my searches on how to do this. Tried some of available plugins and no help either – can anyone suggest a method of doing this?
