%Tag% in Permalink

I’m wondering if anyone knows a solution to enable %Tag% to be used in Permalinks. I need my posts’ URLs to contain %Tag% and %PostName% and I’d rather an automated use of %Tag% rather than manually entering the tag content separately into the slug of each post.

I’m not sure of their compatibility with later versions of WordPress or if some of the core hacks there would be safe to use.
