Tag health problem

    Hi, I am having issues with tag health.
    1) according to both Pinterest Tag Helper extension and records in Pinterest dashboard add to cart event has only currency value. It is missing product ID.
    2) Tag Health page also says checkout event has problems as well – “Too few of the Product IDs included in your Checkout events match the product IDs in your catalogue.” but according to Pinterest Tag Helper extension everything is fine. There were already checkout events so this not due to the lack of events.

    I am using Woodmart theme, AFAIK they have their own add to cart script, so maybe these facts are related. Please help.

    Hope you are doing well!

    I think you both are using Ajax when adding product to cart. Actually there is an issue, here is the link. If this is not the case, please let us know.

    Please could you also share with us your Pinterest Tag Health status page?

    Send us a screenshot filtered by 7 days and only Add to Cart and Checkout events.

    Hi, @christian1983, you’re right the theme is using AJAX add to cart. And I can confirm that switching off AJAX addto cart solves the issue. Considering that according to GitHub issue the problem is observed with some other AJAX add to cart plugins as well it seems that the problem is on your side. Please take it seriously as any decent e-commerce website uses AJAX add to cart nowadays.

    Oone record of properties other than currency for add to cart event comes from test without AJAX.

    Development team is working on the Ajax issue, and is going to be released soon.

    The rest of your event seems to be working fine. You should not have any other problem with them.

    Remember that the Health status on the Pinterest account take some time to be updated.

    You need to deactivate the Ajax feature, until we fix the issue.
