    I’d like to add social media buttons for each image in a slideshow. I think I might have some ideas to do this, for which I need a link to the attachment page of the current image.

    Or maybe you have an idea to add social media buttons to each image in a lightbox?

    Ah, so if I understand, you’re looking for a way to add a link to the attachment page of the current image in the lightbox itself?

    SLB 2.0 (which recently started public beta testing) has a very robust and extensible theme system.

    I can say that getting social buttons in the lightbox is definitely planned, but first we need to get more feedback on SLB 2.0 beta and get it finalized.
