Tag Delimit by Space or Hash-tag

Hi there,

I had been searched for people discussing about the delimiter of tags (when you input the tags), if I did not miss anything, most of the discussion was 7 years ago.

Maybe because I am new to wordpress, so comma-delimiter is not very convenient for me, but I see space and hash-tag are more commonly used these days.

I understand for tags like “happy birthday”, if the delimiter is a space, it is not good, but maybe because I am a Chinese, you usually do not have this problem. (or that is why people use hash-tag?)

Is there already a plugin or a way to change the tag delimiter?
