Tag before/after name or description

    You can use the link_before and link_after parameters:

    [bookmarks link_before="<h3>" link_after="</h3>"]

    You will need to enter this into the HTML/Text editor, not the visual editor. If you do later switch to the visual editor you will notice a few formatting errors, but you should be able to ignore these as it will appear fine on the site.

    Perhaps I’ll add a better method of including HTML tags in the shortcode parameters in the future version of the plugin.
