tag=”” attribute for Shortcode is broken

What I want to do:

• limit=”1″
• tag=”Featured Post”

• Method 1: Summon shortcode from a pop-up

• Issue: the tag attribute breaks the code

• Method 2: Use a widget

• Issue: randomization only happens in live composer, once published the same post shows up repeatedly

I’m open to either options I just want a box that shows a random featured post
