Tag Archive showing up instead of actual blog post – why>

I did a blog post optimized for “AB 2118” this is a bill that passed in California.

When Google indexed the search results most of the time what I see high up in the rankings is this

This is a “tag archive”….

What I was hoping to see was the real blog result which is this

Any idea why this is happening or what to do? Did I do something wrong when I set up the blog post? Why is the tag archive even showing up instead of the post? Any help is appreciated… Thanks!
