• Hi, after updating to wordpress 5.5, I was unable to create any new posts or pages. After some troubleshooting, I found that the issue was with some conflict between stackable and yoast.
It seems to be, if only one plugin is active then only it works, but if both are active it throws an error.

Here is the error I received,

    ReferenceError: YoastSEO is not defined

It does mention YOAST, but its actually a conflict between yoast and stackable. Please check into this, because, yoast manages my SEO, so it is not possible for me to deactivate YOAST. I have to deactivate Stackable for now.

    Please Help Me With This.

This error happens when some of your plugins aren’t compatible yet with the changes in 5.5. There are a few changes with jQuery and this may prevent some scripts of other plugins to load and therefore affect Stackable and Yoast. We’re compatible with WordPress 5.5, but this error may also appear because of other plugins and also perhaps the theme.

Can you also update Stackable to the latest v2.9.1 and see whether the fixes the issue. Please also make sure that your other plugins and themes are compatible with WordPress 5.5.
