Is your quiz able to further customize? E.g if I have ten questions with only a Yes or No or Maybe answer, and need to assign 2 points to Yes, 1 point to No and zero points to Maybe, am I able to customize the points of the ten questions for users depending on their Yes, No or Maybe answer?
Am I also able to customize a score sheet to categorize their tabulated score into Good, Fair & Poor?
