TABS to swap Editor are Missing

Hi,
when you edit a post, there are supposed to be 2 Tabs on the right hand side just above the editor type that last you swap the edit or to/from code & normal.
One mine the TABS are missing & I’m stuck in CODE style.
I have no idea how to use the code editor, and I want my normal editor back.How do I get these TABS to show so that I can swap between these 2 editors?
