    Hi guys,
I have your Lite plugin set up and in general I am happy enough to considering buying the premium version from you, but I have one problem, and I am not sure if it is a bug or a ‘feature’ of the Lite version.

If you check out the Author Box on the link provided, you can see that I have set up two additional tabs, one with the Posts option and one with the editor option. Both extra tabs are showing fine, but they are not clickable, so they are useless.

Is this a ‘feature’ of the Lite version, am I doing something wrong, or is there a bug in the code?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello, @portmaconline!

Thank you for writing in and thank you for providing us the site URL.

It seems for some reason the site has not loaded the frontend.js file required for the tabs to work. We found that there are existing js errors in your site that may have cause our js script to not load.

Here is an image reference: https://prnt.sc/hlwvtg

Could you check if you any existing plugin that may have caused the error?

Also, it seems you have a cache related plugin as well. Could you check if you have set js files to not load?

    Thank you!

Hi Scott, thanks for your prompt and helpful reply! Yes, we are running Lite Speed cache plugin on the site, we currently have ‘load js defer’, ‘js minify’, ‘js combine’ and ‘js htpp/s push’ turned on, would any of those settings break the plugin?

Hi again Scott, looks like it was the ‘js combine’ option that was killing the plugin! All good now that I turned the option off. This might help others who have the same problem.

    Hello, Terry!

Glad to know the issue is now resolved.

If it is not too much to ask, could you find the time to rate and review the plugin?
It would mean a lot to us.

    Thank you!
