I usually make an additional product tab for lab results, but now that I used Elementor to edit my main product description, the new tab doesnt work. Say I name the tab lab results, and put a pdf in it, when you look at page and click the lab results tab it doesnt show anything i put in tab it just shows the tab name underneath the tab.

Is there a way I can fix this or is this plugin just not compatible with Elementor?

Hey @themassapothecary,

Please go to your main Custom Product Tabs page and turn on the page builder compatibility feature and let me know if that solves your issues!

Hi,
I have this same issue with the Divi builder. Tried the solution you suggested but it didn’t work.

Any ideas?

I think i am having the same problem, but I cannot find “use a custom filter for the_content” box you reference. I go to the menu WooCommerce –>Product Tabs and the there is no settings choice.

If I turn off elementor the product tabs works.

The settings box can be found on the main page of the plugin, not on the product edit screen.
