Tabs not working, neither are the tags

Host: Ubuntu 20-LTS
PHP 7.4
Nginx

I’ve seen several people complain about this and their issues were apparently fairly easily resolved by reinstalling or the like but this happened to me on a brand new site with the default theme and no other plugins so it’s not a problem on my end unless there’s a conflict with my version of PHP or something similar. I had problems with CF7 on another site earlier this year but I didn’t pay any attention to it as I thought it was my theme or the like and I ended up switching plugins but that’s clearly not the case here.

Problem with Contact Forms 7…no tabs

The tabs don’t show(only the text for them) and the ability to insert tags is broken.

In my developer console I get:

Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://tarotfiend.com/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/admin/js/scripts.js?ver=5.4.2”. admin.php:2911:1
Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://tarotfiend.com/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/admin/js/tag-generator.js?ver=5.4.2”. admin.php:2912:1

Those files do exist but I’m guessing there’s an issue with the version somehow.

Anyone have any ideas?
