    Dear Supermama!

I checked your page and found the above errors. This problem is not related to our plugin, it seems to be a more general problem, related to WooCommerce and other functions.

These are the error messages I have found:

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined indian-ikat-handloom-cotton-blue-white-patola-fabric:450
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined add-to-cart.min.js?ver=2.1.5:1
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined jquery.prettyPhoto.min.js?ver=3.1.5:6
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined jquery.prettyPhoto.init.min.js?ver=2.1.5:1
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined single-product.min.js?ver=2.1.5:1
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined jquery.blockUI.min.js?ver=2.60:13
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined woocommerce.min.js?ver=2.1.5:1
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined jquery.cookie.min.js?ver=1.3.1:7
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined cart-fragments.min.js?ver=2.1.5:1

I have no admin access to your site to look at the problem deeper, but the cause of the problem is that JQuery is not included on your site, so some include row is missing, like this:

    <script type='text/javascript' src='https://…...com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.10.2'></script>

I suggest you to find the latest changes you have made on your site and try to undo it to return to the latest good version on your site.

Please let me know it you have more questions about this problem.

    Best Regards,
    Peter Rath

Thank you, Peter for taking time to look at my website and pointing out the problem. You were absolutely right about the diagnosis. It was not your plugin problem but that of Autoptimize plugin side error. I actually installed that plugin a few days ago to make my website faster which really did well. However, I lost the page/tab looks and appearance as a result. When I revert back to the old setting in that plugin, the problem resolved itself.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi guys & girls;
I’m the Autoptimize developer. In general for WooCommerce you always have to make sure jquery is excluded from being aggregated (as also indicated by the error-messages posted above).

Let me know if I can be of further assistance!

    kind regards,
    frank

    Hi Supermama,

We are happy that you can localize the problem.

I don’t know the Autoptimize plugin.
As Futtta offered he can help you solving the problem.

    Thanks in advance Futtta.

    best regards,
    Peter
