There are a few troubleshooting steps that can be followed.
Sometimes this happens if the shortcodes have been copied & pasted into the visual editor as when they are displayed as shortcodes, extra or incorrect characters may be picked up. To do this delete each shortcode and retype it manually.
Incompatibility with a theme is another thing that we would normally investigate. This involves temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme and checking whether the tabs appear.
I don’t think theme issue is likely to be the case on your site (assuming you are using the version of Minamaze on the www.remarpro.com themes directory) as the themes hosted on www.remarpro.com have to be written to the same standards that the plugin is designed to work with. Also to check, I have just installed the Minamaze theme on one of my test sites and the tabs appear exactly as I would expect them to.
The other potential issue that might cause this is a plugin conflict. To investigate whether this is the case, temporarily deactivate ALL plugins except Tabby Responsive Tabs. If the tabs then appear after reloading the site in the browser, reactivate the plugins one-by-one until the issue reoccurs – this will indicate which plugin has the conflict and where to focus further troubleshooting.
