The plugin works fine on desktop, but on the mobile part it fails to show the content. You can switch on the buttons but it doesn’t switch the content. Any idea?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @poschek,

It’s not working for me on desktop either (Chrome). It seems that the active class is not being properly added to the tabs when they’re clicked. This might be a result of some JavaScript errors on the page but I haven’t found out for sure yet. Are you aware of any customizations that might affect this?

    Let me know,
    Kevin.

Hi Kevin, thx for the feedback. In Chrome it works fine on my PC, even if it’s the size of the smartphone. But on Firefox it doesn’t work at all.

After checking what could cause this, I deactivated the minimize JS function in WP Rocket Cache Plugin and now it works fine. As I can exclude js for WP Rocket, what js is used for the tabs so I might exclude it?

    Thx in advance,

    Thomas

    Hello Thomas,

The tabs are working for me now too.

The JS file is coming from WooCommerce and I am not 100% sure which file but, based on the naming, I believe the file you should be excluding is {directory_path}/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/frontend/single-product.min.js.

Let me know if that fixes it.

    Kevin.
