    Hi there
    We recently updated to the latest version of the plugin
    When we do so, the tabs disappear
    Rolling back to v2.3.3 makes them appear again
    I have done troubleshooting via Health Check and also checked for any js errors via Chrome Inspector, but I cant see anything – any ideas?

    Hi,

    We have tested extensively but cannot duplicate the issue anyway under different scenarios.

    Can you try updating to the latest version and checking the option “Use Category ID” for tab from the settings?

    Unfortunately the Category ID change does not affect it

    Hi,

    We can see that you have SG caching plugin enabled. The SG cache is quite persistent. To be sure, can try updating, then disable the SG cache, reload the page after clearing your browser cache also and see if the issue is fixed? After verifying that it works you can re-enable the SG cache plugin and purge it a few times.

    Yes, I already tried disabling SG optimiser (and all other plugins)
    Its a real mystery that I cant solve – many thanks for all of your hard work on this!

    I think I may have found the solution – however, it may have just been a coincidence and the tabs may now be displaying correctly for another reason.

    The shortcode
    [wtcpl-product-cat]
    was placed before into a page builder (site origin) in a ‘text’ widget

    When I changed the text widget to a ‘custom html’ widget, the tabs display correctly!

    Ad I say might be another reason, but worth checking if you are having the same issue
