    Hi Support,

I have created a clone site to remove the “wp” from the url. When using the original url (with “wp”) the plugin works perfectly. When using the clone site (without “wp”) most tabs simply vanish.

Two tab shortcodes are displaying where-ever they placed but most are not showing and some have the titles showing without the tab options below.

Do you have any idea have this can be fixed?
    Thank you.

Tabs plugin using sql table to make sure in your “wp” sites you clone properly with database also.

Check your database or while clone kindly copy all database files. In this issue, I suggest you go shortcode page of tabs plugins and you will get all shortcodes as you cloned.

If there have no shortcode means you just copy files not the database so in this case kindly import database files to get proper data.

    Thank you.

The created tabs were missing from the cloned dashboard. I checked the phpMyAdmin for the database clone and everything seemed to have been copied over successfully and I couldn’t find the table that stores the tabs data on either database.

My only option was to copy the tabs from the original url dashboard to the tabs in the cloned url dashboard because all the shortcodes ([TABS_R id=2511]… etc) were copied over , just not the created tabs inside of the shortcode.

Anyway, your suggestion was the solution but I had to revert to using the original url to other considerable reasons also.

    Thank you very much.
    Resolved.
