Tabs not showing

    Have installed the plugins to enable tabs when using All Import.

    The tabs appear to be on all the product pages in the back end but arn’t showing on the product page front end. Any ideas?

    What additional tabs should be showing on this page? Also, what theme are you using?

    Hi Tracy,

    The tabs should be Discription (normal tab) Returns and Refunds (added tab)

    The theme is Highlight Pro

    Hey @ruade,

    Almost 100% of the time when tabs don’t appear on the frontend of the site, your theme doesn’t support them.

    Product tabs are a native feature of WooCommerce which can be extended but your theme can extend WooCommerce as well. Usually this is done by overriding the WooCommerce templates in the theme.

    You’re going to need to contact the developers of your theme and ask them if they’ve done any customization to WooCommerce that would cause the tabs template to not work correctly.
