    For a little while now, the tabs on my client’s site are no longer working. I’ve activated the default theme and the tabs still don’t work, so it doesn’t seem to be a theme issue …

    here is the site: https://wintersgroupinc.com/?s=11001&post_type=sales_reps

    here is the code:

    <table style="border: none; width: 100%;">
    <tbody>
    <tr>
    <td class="bio" style="border: none;"><a href="https://wintersgroupinc.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Lisa1.jpg"><img class="aligncenter wp-image-1000 size-medium" src="https://wintersgroupinc.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Lisa1-300x207.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="207" /></a></td>
    <td class="bio" style="border: none;">

    I’m looking forward to meeting new store owners and creating a vibrant business on Long Island.

    Showcasing new products, suggesting best sellers and pairing a store's unique vibe with the perfect vendor are just a few ways I can be helpful.

    I am happy to meet with you to discuss the vendors and gifts I have available. ?Please feel free to contact me so we can work together and find what's perfect for your store!</td>

    Hi Liz,

    I see a lot of 404 errors on the front-end of the site, including for both the JavaScript and the CSS for the plugin, and the same for a bunch of other plugins on your site. It looks like your plugin directory isn’t where WordPress thinks it should be …?

    https://wintersgroupinc.com/wp-content <– Goes to a blank page (which is expected behaviour)
    https://wintersgroupinc.com/wp-content/plugins <– Goes to a 404 page (NOT expected, I would expect to see a blank page)

    WordPress thinks this is your plugins directory, but Apache does not. You have something configured wrong somewhere, but the issue is definitely not inside of my plugin.

    Have you changed the configuration for WordPress to move the plugins directory? Or perhaps got some strange directives in your .htaccess file? Or maybe you’ve a problem with your wp-config.php file?

    thank you for your time and assistance – yes, I did realize/discover that probably just before/just after you discovered it.

    It turns out that my client’s “computer/tech” person changed some of the permissions on the files and folders on the site which messed with the functionality of the plugins and site.
